Lauren Goldberg

L.GLauren Goldberg specializes in employment law and litigation. She handles all types of cases addressing a variety of issues including overtime, breach of contract, sexual harassment, discrimination, wrongful discharge and retaliation. She also reviews severance and non-compete agreements and defends employment lawsuits.

Before joining private practice and starting her own firm, Lauren began her career working for New York City Law Department. She prosecuted juveniles for all crimes ranging from possession of narcotic substances to assault to robbery. She handled weekly trials and hearings providing her with tremendous litigation experience.

Lauren is admitted to practice in New York and California. She is currently admitted to the Southern District of New York, Eastern District of New York and the Northern District of New York. She is a member of the National Employment Lawyers Association, the New York Women’s Bar Association and the LGBT Bar Association of Greater New York.

Lauren currently lives in NYC with her husband and two children. In her spare time, she enjoys running, traveling and reading.

Ian Wallace (Of Counsel)

Ian Wallace has for several years represented both plaintiffs and defendants in lawsuits involving employment discrimination, harassment and retaliation. He has also successfully represented many plaintiffs who were owed overtime pay. He is admitted to practice in the courts of the State of New York, the United States Court of Appeal for the Second Circuit, the Southern District of New York and the Eastern District of New York, and is also admitted as a barrister to the Bar of England and Wales. He graduated with an LLB Law (Honors) degree in English Law and French Law from University College London and possesses a *certificat juridique* from L’Université Paris-Assas.
