Retaliation
If you believe that your employer is retaliating against you because you complained about discrimination, harassment or overtime, you should contact the Law Offices of Lauren Goldberg, PLLC. It is unlawful for your employer to take any adverse action against because you complained. If you feel that you are now being targeted (i.e. you are suddenly receiving negative reviews, you are being given less desirable assignments, and/or you are being given write-ups for no legitimate reason), you may have a separate claim for retaliation against your employer.
